Android Earthquake Notification

Google send notifications before an earthquake, but Garmin Connect doesnt have that option. How can we have this? This can be a matter of life and death.

Do you get it as a notification in the phone? The images only show in app warnings.

Check which app it is that sends the notification and make sure it is enabled for notifications in Garmin Connect.

yes it shows on lock screen.

This image is better i guess. It is an andriod system notification. We had an earthquake, but since my phone was silent, i didnt see the alert on my Garmin watch. Garmin watch must have this. I hope developers are seeing this!

If you get a Take Action Alert you will hear it from the phone. It will ignore any Do not disturb or volume settings.

Be Aware Alerts respects Do not disturb and volume settings.

Well it didnt happen that way. My phone can be far in room, or could be playing game/movie loud with headphones.

There must a setting for this.
