My 12km challenge was not synchronized from my GARMIN forerunner 35 to My Garmin App

Please kindly assist in repairs my 12km x 12 days run I ran this morning, I tried all the trouble shooting steps it is not working

I am on a 12km x 12 days challenge and I need this to be counted on my App please

Please kindly repair it for me and send it back, so I can manually export it
