Trying to set trip details in the jet lag advisor and I cannot seem to be able to Input Tokyo as my destination.

Had same issue exactly just now, not just Connect Mobile issue, same thing on Connect Web.
I used "Chiba, Chiba, Japan" instead of Tokyo.

8871507, I was able to enter Tokyo as a destination. First, you need to enter a city within Tokyo. If you're flying in to the Haneda Airport, then enter in "Ota-Ku." Tokyo will then populate.…

Hello,
In order for us to set the destination for the Tokyo region of Japan, we would first need to enter in a city (for example Koto or Mitaka) that resides within it. Once the city is entered in the app will list the city, region, and country.

I am going to Tokyo next March and have entered trip in calendar as Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan
I am pretty sure you can enter it as Shinjuku City, Tokyo, Japan too.
