As novas etapas foram, reset do relógio, após abrir Garmin express para atualizar, após verificará arquivo dentro do relógio e excluir um arquivo. Nada deu certo.

Can you post a photo of your watch telling you should update GPS?

If deleting the EPO or CPE file from //GARMIN/RemoteSW + syncing with Garmin Express, and also the master reset to factory defaults with deleting all data did not help, then in your place I would contact the Support again and request a replacement device.

Obrigado. Fiz a exclusão e continua. Infelizmente meu relógio já não está mais na garantia. Porém, mesmo assim vou entrar em contato com o suporte
