Could not re cover my previous account then I created a new one thinking that my previous data could pull through. Is there anyway of recovering previous data? I lost the password for previous account. And it did not recognize my email address

Hi. 

I forgot my password and could not recover it. Because the email address did not match. Can you check if my data can be moved to new account

    Without the email you can recover neither the password, nor the data. If you do not have the access to the original mailbox anymore, your only hope is contacting the Product Support, and asking whether they can do something for you.
