I've recently started the Garmin Half Marathon training plan
I was on an easy run, which said the pace target was 8:31-9:01 minute miles. However, where I live is mostly hills, so that pace down hill is quite slow, but the pace uphill is quite fast, making it difficult to manage the pace
Does the training plan take into account incline, ideally live? It felt like it didn't which is putting me off the training plans to be totally honest
