Can’t remember email used for main garmin account

Help my data on my last iPhone was lost when it crashed I can’t remember the email address for my main garmin account

I had a selfie avatar and was at level 4 with badges is there anyway for garmin to reset or find that account or maybe through my couple connections

Check you email archive. There are certainly some emails from Garmin, so you can find the address they were sent to.

You can also use the search function on the Connections page of Garmin Connect Web, and search your name, or the email addresses you think you might have used:
