Czy ktoś znalazł/używa aktywność Airbike?

Nie można go zastąpić rowerem stacjonarnym czy orbitrekiem, ponieważ airbike jest dużo bardziej wymagający.

Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.

It cannot be replaced by an exercise bike or an elliptical trainer because an airbike is much more demanding.

It can. If it is more demanding, the heart rate increases, and hence the metrics will reflect the higher effort without problems.
