garmin app is not getting my stats even heart rate is not showing up

After the garmin update to my watch, the garmin app is not getting my stats even heart rate is not showing up on it. I have updated to the newest app version for android. Also restarted my phone. Nothing is synching to the app

Try going outside and connect to satellite, so get gps working?
