Can't find passcode on app

have access to my account but I can't find what my password is an I forgot it. Is there any way I can see my pass code through the app?

There is a forgot my password function you can use if you log out. If you don't want to log out of the app then use Garmin Connect Web: https://connect.garmin.com/modern

You can never ever see your current password. That would be a too big security risk to be able to look at the current password.
