Go to the watch settings, set the English (!) language, even if the watch already displays English, restart the watch (maybe not necessary, but safer), then go again to the settings, and set Spanish. You will be prompted to connect over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express, where you will be able to download the Spanish text file, and install it on the watch.
