Reset the Heart Rate Time Zones table. Please note, that there may be up to four different HR Zone tables in the settings (not sure whether all four of them are available on your model, though), so make sure you are resetting the right on (for swimming)!
Also please note, that resetting the HR Zones will have no effect on older activities, only on the ones done after the change.
