How to stop text notifications about spam from Android?

My Android phone (Pixel 5) auto-filters out most spam text messages. But when it does, I get a silent notification saying "Spam detected, moved to spam and blocked." This notification does not show up on my phone. But it does show up on my Venu 2.

How do I prevent the "Spam detected" notification from appearing on my watch?

Have you disabled the "Spam protection" notification for Messages?

I assume the "Spam Detected" comes from the messages app, right?There is no way you can prevent just one notification type from an app coming to the watch. But you can disable this spam notification on your phone completely.
