If you edit sleep times, Garmin should recalculate body battery

Garmin thinks that you recharge your body battery when you sleep. Therefore, if you correct the sleep times, body battery should be recalculated using the new sleep times.

  • Body Battery recharge when you got low stress so it isn't using the sleep. Look at the 1 day body battery graph. In the background you see the stress. When it goes below 25 body battery starts to recharge. It can recharge during your awake time as well, but the stress is usually higher than 25 when you are awake.
