Systolic and Diastolic on my Fenix 6s pro.

Where do I find my Systolic and Diastolic reading on my Fenix 6S Pro . I want to add a reading. I have my Heart Rate reading. I cant save if I cant enter the Systolic and Diastolic reading as I dont know where to look on my phone.

Hi, it's under More... > Health Stats > Blood Pressure > Add a Reading.

I know that.I meant how do I find my number Reading like thecsame for reading my heart rate.Thanlyou forcrepkying.

I added 58 as my resting heart rate and as I couldn't find the other two ,I just entered the same.

Hi, no watch measures blood pressure, you need to have it measured for you, for example at a health clinic, pharmacy, doing it yourself, etc (although Garmin now sells a "smart" blood pressure measuring device called Garmin Index BPM that will automatically sync BP readings with Garmin Connect).

Oh thankyou so much Kyle,I had feeling that is what it was ,I was looking at comments about Garmin selling.Okay then that's great to know.thankyou for such a quick response to my query.
