Photos and Video Permission is "Off"

While checking the location permission was set OK to get the weather widget working. I noticed that in More/Settings/Phone Permissions/the Photos and Video Permission shows "Off".

However, when clicking through into the Android settings the permission is set to "Allow" and shows "Accessed in past 24 hrs" which would appear to be correct as I just added a picture to a run I did earlier.

Why does Connect show "Off" but Android O. S. shows "Allowed"?

Android 13 on Samsung A54 5g. Connect v 4.72.

Same thing on GCM 4.73.4 and Android 14 (Samsung S21 & OneUI 6.0).

I don't see that option. Garmin Connect version 4.73.4

I have this Issue on a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE since a long time. Adding photos to activities isn't possible it seams. I rarely ever use this feature though.
