Body Battery ..... Stress levels

Hi all.
I have the feeling I do to much and my body is not recovering.
So I have a Garmin VivoActive4s that I normal only use for the Golf feature.

I started wearing it 24/7 and check my body battery, sleep and stress levels.

I have no idea on how this should work.

I though I sleep well, but sometimes the battery is first draining and only recoveirng for a few hours.
FI .. last night it only recoverd +9. It seems my stress levels are high during the night. First a peak to 75. than a few more peaks to over 50. Total 4 peaks.
I had 7h 46m sleep. 18m deep sleep, 1u39m REM and the rest licht sleep.

The day before I had a long sleep. 9h31m and body recovered only +56 with no stress levels above 25.

No idea where these stress levels come from when I'm in bed. But somehow I don't trust the numbers ....

Am I doing something wrong? Can I change the stress levels what is calles medium and high?
If there where no stress levels during the night it would recover much better.

Frankly told, the BB on your watch might recover better, but your body not. I am afraid we are unable to tell you whether the stress levels are correct or not. Only a polysomnographic test in a sleep lab with medical devices would tell you how accurate your Vivoactive is.

However, it takes usually up to several weeks before the watch learns more about your typical sleep, HRV, and stress, and before it establishes the base line, so I would not freak out if the numbers do not seem to match your subjective feelings just after starting to use it. It may improve with the time. Also, instead of looking at the absolute numbers, rather look at the trends, and see how your BB and stress correlate with the subjective feelings, with your performance, and how they change as time goes.
