GPS connection

Hi I'm connected my Venu 2 plus to app on my Xiaomi redmi note 11 pro in United Kingdom Garmin pay works fine all looking good apart of GPS connection message on my Garmin watch is saying waiting for GPS sygnal can someone help me fix it pls ?
