Mine shows both values identical. It might be a cache problem. Try force stopping and restarting the app to see whether it helps.

The value on the home screen is "live" and the one on the Training Readiness screen is the snapshot taken when the watch thinks you've woken up in the morning.

You may even see the home screen value flicker between the two values during a sync operation.
