Sync issue with Forrunner 225 + Pixel 6a Android 14

Hi,

My pixel 6a can't see my forrunner 225 anymore. It seems that it started when I got the new android 14 update.

I tried everything in the "how to fix sync issue" thread and still i cannot see the watch within Garmin connect.

When i tried to pair, i don't reach the moment i have to put the watch code. Garmin connect loops again into the "find your watch menu".

I don't know what to do...

Any ideas ?

Same problem here! Stated a few weeks ago. I found that I can get notifications to work again for a bit but it stops again. I can get it to work for a short period of time by doing the following

And did a factory reset of your watch.

And contacted Garmin Support, I would suggest contacting support again and reference your case number. I assume you got a case number? Even though the Forerunner 225 was released 8 years ago (2015), and at this point it is only "online support," they should provide some assistance if you call them on the phone.
