garmin connect can not read properly the gpx file exported from garmin explorer.

When opening gpx file shared from garmin explorer, garmin connect can not display full route. Only a little part of route is displayed. When opening the gpx file using other app, there is no problem. So, it seems that garmin connect can not read properly the gpx file exported from garmin explorer. Is there a problem with garmin connect app?

The fixed gpx file is OK.

So, there seems to be some problem with garmin explorer to share gpx file. I tried several times with single exercise record. But, I don't know if this probem occurs everytime…

I tried this. Seemed to work fine. Exported out of the Garmin Explore android app using the share icon, shared to my OneDrive. I was then able to open this file with the Garmin Connect android app as a course. Is that what you're trying to do?

Does this happen with every GPX file? Can you attach it to this thread? We might be able to see if there is an issue with that file.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Was this the only GPX file that's like this? I was able to open it, but to view the entire 28.4 km course I had to run it through Fit File Repair Tool - 3443.1696454480965_2023-10-02 115200-fixed.gpx

My above reply seems not be clear.

I tried several times with the same single exercise record. And I got same problem everytime. But I don't know if the same problem will occur with other exercise record.

Without using any extra software, you can open this file using Garmin Connect Web.

Import Data - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

After importing, if you want to convert this to a course, click the gear icon, Save to My Courses

Yes, that's exactly what I did. Screenshots are from my desktop PC using Garmin Connect Web.
