Update my workout in app

Heloo, yesterday I did a hike and when I finished it I couldn't synchronised it with my Garmin app because of a system error. Since then all my Garmin were updated but my hike didn't ....what can I do?

Hi, you have a few options to get your activity into Garmin Connect. Both of these will require attaching your Garmin device to a PC or Mac computer using the Garmin USB cable.

Sync your activity over Garmin Connect Web. Directions here - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
Sync your activity using Garmin Express, which does require you to install it on a computer (Mac or PC).

Once your activity is uploaded using one of these methods, it will appear on both the Garmin Connect app and on Garmin Connect Web.
