If there is no data in the account, then it means you did not use the right email. Check ou your email archive and verify what email address the messages from Garmin are being sent to, and use that address. You can also test various alternative addresses of yours by looking them up at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search - the recently created account will have the level 1, while an older account would probably have a higher level.
Why can't I get data after 2021 on my new phone?
As I wrote, if the data is not there, you are logged into a wrong account. I recommend contacting Garmin's Support if you do not remember your original login name.
If you only see data up to 2021 then you probably accidently created a new account in 2022 and used that one until now. Check with your connections which account they have added as you and if they have multiple accounts for you. That will explain what has happened, but not solve the issue your are experiencing. Use Garmin Connect Web when trying to get that information. It is a lot easier and faster to use than the app.
Garmin Support is the only way to fix it...if it is even possible to join data from different accounts. It can be done manually by exporting and importing activities, but you still need to get access to that other account.
