Missing data

Hello,

I have recently purchased a new phone, and when signed into my Garmin devices, I seem to have lost all my data from the past 4 years. Can someone please help.

It appears that you've logged into your Garmin account using a new Garmin username, rather than using the account you had previously. See Garmin support document - Data is Missing from My Garmin Connect Account After Syncing | Garmin Customer Support
