Hi @bluexviii - thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it. Recovery Heart Rate (RHR) shows on my Garmin Forerunner 645 Music watch 2 minutes after I hit stop button on watch but before I save the activity on my Garmin 645 Music Watch. But when I follow that process:
1. Stop running.
2. Hit stop on watch as soon as I stop running.
3. Wait 2 minutes - see Recovery Heart Rate on watch.
4. Save activity
I cannot find Recovery Heart Rate on Garmin Connect Web or on Garmin Connect Mobile App 4.71 on Android for ANY activity.
Please see attached screenshots below of Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Connect Android. You will see just Average Heart Rate and Max Heart Rate in Heart Rate section. No Recovery Heart Rate.
I really hope I am wrong about this - I'd really like it to find out I am doing something wrong and if I just do something different the RHR will be there. Because if I'm not wrong it will require an update of the app and who knows when that will happen - there are several other (older) posts on here asking for same.
So, couple questions:
1. Can you post screenshots from Garmin Connect (web or mobile) stats section where you see Recovery Heart Rate?
2. If you do see Recovery Heart Rate in Garmin Connect - what watch and phone are you using, please? (I am wondering if my issue is due to combo of Garmin Forerunner 645 Music + Android.)
3. And if I read your reply super - literally, are you saying instead of hitting stop on watch when i stop running I should (a) stop running but let the watch keep going for 2 minutes (b) and two minutes after I stop, THEN I hit stop button on watch? And if I follow that process, Recovery Heart Rate will show up in Garmin Connect?
4. Because if that's what your saying I will give it a try. But when you said "...before stopping the activity" did you mean "... before saving the activity"?
Thanks!
