My garmin no longer display sleep nor stress on my fenix

Sleep data disappeared from my phone

Stress no longer shows, when I click stress leversjukdom it says no data available.

  • Have a look whether the Sleep and Stress widgets show some data directly on your watch. Also check Garmin Connect Web, whether the data is there. The there are several possibilities:

    1. There is no data anywhere:
      1. Sync the watch and verify the sync completed successfully
      2. Restart the watch and sync & verify again
      3. Connect the watch by the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express and check for updates
      4. Soft-reset the watch (sync, then press the Light button for 30s till it shuts down, then restart)
      5. Do the master reset of the watch to factory defaults
      6. Contact the Product Support at https://support.garmin.com

    2. There is data on the watch and in Garmin Connect web, but nothing on the app:
      1. Force-stop and restart the app
      2. Remove the device from the app, sign out of the app and sign in back, then add back the device
      3. Reinstall the app
      4. Contact the Product Support at https://support.garmin.com

    3. The data is available on the watch, but no data on the app & web
