On Garmin Connect app, the recorded route point rate is reduced way too much.
It looks like I was jumping down from the mountain side from the recorded on Android app, while on Garmin Connect web, the point rate is higher, but it also doesn't look nice.
However, on RidewithGPS, the data is synchronized from Garmin, and the recorded route looks pretty decent, while I believe it shows the raw data recorded by my Edge 840. Moreoever, it was a slow descent, as the road is not wide and there was still quite a bit traffic. The fit file sampling rate of Edge 840 is 1 sec (and there is no other choice). Thus, I believe this is the problem of Garmin Connect Android.
Can Garmin please fix this issue?
