Music on Forerunner 55

I recently bought a Forerunner 55 but I can't sync the music with the watch. I gave permission on the phone, but I don't know what to do. Don't run with Spotify neither or the music player.

The Forerunner 55 does not have the music storage feature. You can use the watch to control the music on your phone, but that's it.
