Garmin Connect not displaying pool swimming graphs

Hi! 

In the last few weeks, Garmin Connect has stopped displaying all pool swimming graphs (swolf, pace, and so on) both in the app and online.

The App seems up to date.

Anyone else dealing lately with the same problem?

Is that due to my watch? I have Garmin Instinct 2S.

  • In the past weeks I only have OW swim activities, no pool swimming, so cannot tell for recent pool activities, but I still have the pace and strokes graphs both in the recent OW swim activities, as well as in older Pool Swim activities. Both GC phone app and GC web are OK, too. Using Instinct 2 Standard edition.

    Did the graphs disappear at older activities where they originally were, or just at recent ones? Does the accelerometer on the watch work (for example the steps counting)? Did you try restarting or soft-resetting the watch (syncing, and then holding the Light button for ~30s, till it shuts down, then restarting) and then doing a Pool Swim activity again? Didn't you accidentally hide the graphs, and are the following options available above the graphs in GC web?
