Not getting sms Gamin Venu 3

Nit getting texts to my Gamin Venu 3. Did every troubleshooting technique possible on watch, app and phone (android). Not sure what I am missing unless the watch is defective

3073666, to be sure, just double check the watch

Connectivity > Phone > Status Connected
Connectivity > Phone > Smart Notifications > Status On
Connectivity > Phone > Smart Notifications > General Use Calls, Texts, and Apps > Status On
Connectivity > Phone > Smart Notifications > During Activity > Status On

If still no joy, contact Garmin Product Support

Yup I have the same issue, just all of a sudden no more texts!! Any resolution yet???
