length is not t recorded but the altitude is recorded

I ride 1.5 hours and recorded with fenix 3 HR

but the length was not recorded

but the altitude was recored

this error was started after software update

so i highly suspect software error or something

GPS is connected and altitude was recored

but why the length iwas not showing?

Try soft resetting the watch (on most models - press and hold the Light button till the watch shuts down). Then connect the watch to a computer with Garmin Express and check for updates. And try another activity.

If it does not help try the master reset to factory defaults (though the menu). If still no change, contact the Support.
