How to batch add custom training courses to every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

I created my own training course on Garmin connect. If I want to add it to the calendar, I can only add it to the one-day plan. How to add it in batches to every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

  • Unfortunately there is no such bulk function, but it is done relatively easily and quickly on the calendar page of Garmin Connect Web. You click on a day on the calender, and select "Add Workout". It opens a panel with available workouts that you can then easily drag and drop on as many days as you want.
