How do I provide feedback about the latest version of Garmin Connect app?

The new sleep movement display in the Garmin Connect app makes no sense to me. How do I post this as feedback about the changes in version 4.70.1?

If the app is not working as designed, then open a case with Garmin Product Support.
If the app is working as designed, but you request a change, then use the Garmin Share Ideas site.
