Garmin connect app won't connect with MyFitnessPal. I have installed both apps and installed them again, but it won't work.

Garmin connect app wont connect with Myfitnesspall. I have installed both apps and installed them again, but it wont work. 
 I get this screen all the time. If i try to reconnect,vit wont help. Eventually i will get the same screen again and again.

The message states that it is already disconnected. I suggest rather than reinstalling the apps, disconnect/connect from both sides using the web interface. 
 
 Login to MyFitnessPal using the web interface, then disconnect from Garmin Connect: APPS > Your Apps > Garmin Connect > DISCONNECT 
 Log out of MyFitnessPal 
 Login to Garmin Connect Web using the web interface. Go to Health Stats > Calories In/Out > Disconnect from MyFitnessPal (if it's already disconnected it will say "Connect to MyFitnessPal") 
 Log out of Garmin Connect Web. 
 Log in to Garmin Connect Web. Go to Health Stats > Calories In/Out > Connect to MyFitnessPal

Rather than "Connect to MyFitnessPal," it should now say "Disconnect from MyFitnessPal," meaning it is connected correctly.
