Visa card not connecting in garmin pay. Keep getting the same error "cannot add at this time". Card is supported, worked fine a week ago

Garmin pay keeps rejecting my visa card.

Same error countless times, cannot link card,try again later.

I have tried the reset,the cache clear, the uninstall, no go.

Help!
