Vivoactive 3. Since Friday there is no history of any of my stats. No step recording, no heart rate memory, no calories used. Amy ideas how to fix this. Phone and watch do connect.

  1. Vivoactive 3. Since Friday, my app no longer has Amy history fircthe day. No heart rate, steps calories, nothing. Phone amd watch connected as I can see my heart rate. Amy ideas how to fix this. 
  • Did you create a new account on Friday rather than log in to your old account?

  • I have the same problem. Since Friday there is no stats on my Garmin Connect App. I logged in  normal to my account, which I have since 2 years. Should I create a new account? I just want all of my stats to show up on my smartphone app. BTW. My vivoactive 3 shows no activity on 31st of August but on my smartphone, in the connect app there is a full workout saved on that day. And then there is no activity saved in september. Is this a bug after the last update?

  • You should use the same account as before. What happens too often is that users accidently create new accounts. It often happens when they switch phones or reinstall the app. If you see your historic data then you are logged in to the correct account.

    Use Garmin Connect Web to verify that you see all your data: https://connect.garmin.com/modern

    Sync with Garmin Express and see if that solves the sync issue.

    • Thank you for your reply. I tried everything but the synchronization seems not to work. The last synchronization was today but garmin connect shows the 31st of august. And on the calender this is the last day where my stats are visible. I am doing the synchronization properly but the data does not show up. It all happened after the last update. Could you give me some more tipps? Thank you in advance
  • This is exactly my issue. I know they ate connecting as I can see my heart rate live but since 31 August no data is being stored.

    First of all restart the watch and the phone. Then have a look for some tips for example in the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing

  • did you get a helpfull answer? i didnt checked the data in my garmin app in android and no i see there is no history of my hearfreq and no sleep analysis. i can see the current heartfreq and i can see my actions (like running) and i see the heartfreq history while running. it stopped sometime im july 2023. :-( 

    of course BT is turned on and the watch synchronizes (else i woulnt see all the other data)

    and i am using the watch in night while sleeping. 

    and i see the 4h history of HF on the watch.
