Sleep average metrics Deep & REM

I'm a Personal Trainer and wellness coach. Been working with the sleep app but suddenly since yesterday non of my clients or myself can get access to the 7 days deep and REM average weekly or monthly. It gives scores and other metrics but I found very useful the 7 days average for Deep & REM as the 4 weeks. How can I get access to that data?

  • Personally I see all the details, including the 7d, 4w, and 1y stats, when I tap on the Sleep Score panel on the My Day screen. If you do not have the panel there, scroll down, tap on Edit My Day, and then add the Sleep Score. Alternatively you can also access it through the menu, under Health & Fitness.

    And if nothing of it works for you, you have always the web interface, which comes with even more functionality.

  • I had this info also, but since a couple off days it's gone. Can't find it by editing my day or under the healt statistics. 

    On my watch I still can see the info

    Are you telling you do not have the Sleep Score panel on the MyDay screen? All the sleep stats were moved there now.

  • I can see the sleep score, but don't see the sleep info panel any more. Wich told me how long I slept and how long in REM and awake. 

    Before u could see sleep and  sleepscore separate.  Now I only see sleep score and have to enter that to see my sleeptime 

  • Thanks you! I do have under the new sleep score 》sleep score factors 》 I can see the total time of Deep and REM. I'm talking about the 7 days  before I had average of Deep and REM for 7 days. That info is not available now. For weekly statistics I was using that info since I coach sleep too. Any suggestions 

  • I agree. That info was valuable also the 7 days average of Deep, REM, awake. Not available now? Any suggestions?

  • I'm a afraid garmin is making changes to the app and how the show info. Hopefully thr add such statics in the near future. 

    Personally I loved the 2 info panels. Sleep time and sleep score apart off each other.
