Walking anda climbing

It would be interesting if in the walking and climbing challenges they put when you start and when you finish the challenge as well as the progress of the activity

I'm guessing you mean the Expeditions.

Click the expedition and you can see the start date. When you finished it you can see the date for when you finished it in the list of past challenges and in the badge page. The progess is visible in multiple places.
