Can't add used clubs, fairway hits or number of putts used on each hole.

switched from Fenix 6 to Fenix 7. Now I can't add additional data in my golf app at my watch after each swing (which club I used) and after each hole I played (how many putts and if i hit the fairway)? Is this a setting or no longer available?

    From the regular time screen, hold UP/MENU > Select Activities & Apps > Select Golf > Golf Settings > Make sure "Stat Tracking" is switched on, and make sure "Scoring is enabled > Make sure Big Numbers is switch "Off". 

    If you have big numbers mode enabled, the map layout of each hole next to the front, middle, and back distances will no longer display, the scoring prompt will not display, and you will not see the autoshot prompt. 

    At the end of each hole, when finished putting on the green...you will be prompted to enter your score, and then the putts, penalties, and fairway position on screen.
