My Connect app is generally "running in the background " so I choose the option to stop but then soon afterwards I'm told again that it's running in the background - advice please
The app is designed to always be running. If it isn't running notifications, weather, calendar etc will not work on the watch.
If you really want it to not be running or limit the battery usage you need to do it in another way. There are settings in Android that can restrict the battery usage and data usage.
