Minutos de intensidad

Hola, desde hace un mes aproximadamente mi Fénix 7x sapphire solar no registra los minutos de intensidad de mis actividades. ¿Es un bug? ¿A alguien más le sucede?

I do not think it is a bug. Activities are unimportant for the Intensity Minutes. It is the heart rate, and the 7 days avg Resting Heart Rate that decide whether you are credited any Intensity Minutes. If you did not get any, then either your Resting HR is too high, or the HR during the day too low by default it needs to be above ~150% of the Resting HR).

No creo que ese sea el problema...

Mi Fénix 6 pro siempre señaló los minutos de intensidad en las actividades (fuerza, senderismo, caminata, running, natación...) Mi instinto 2x solar igualmente siempre lo hace. No sólo las actividades físicas, sino también cuando hay algún esfuerzo en algún momento del día, estos dispositivos sí lo registraban. Desde hace una cuestión de un mes, el Fénix 7x sapphire solar no registra este dato. Sólo una vez lo ha registrado en el último mes, saliendo a correr 5 kms y me pareció demasiado bajo en comparación con las mediciones de la misma distancia con los otros dispositivos. Hablaré con el servicio técnico pues.
