Garmin Connect Capability

I have a Garmin forerunner 35 that my son wears. I monitor his running on my phone. I recently purchased a Garmin 265 for myself. I want to monitor my running and also his running from the Garmin Connect app. Am I able to do this? If not I will return my Garmin 265.

Each person should have an account. Do NOT use the same account for multiple persons. That will mess up the data.

There is also a function called "Autorized Viewers" in the app that you can test. I haven't tested it but the description says that an authorized viewer will get view-only access to the account.

I did test the Authorized Viewer function now and you get access to a lot of data in that account that is shared with you. You see the training as a normal connection, but with Authorized Viewer access you also see the wellness data and a lot more.
