I am.not getting new challenges in my challenge list

My brother has a new challenge added called GoPro challenge, 11 activities need to be completed during the month, I am.missing out on this challenge and can't see the challenge anywhere ?

The description for the challenge says: 
 "This reward challenge has limited spots. Once capacity is met, the challenge will close and can no longer be joined"
