I signed up for the Beaujolais International Marathon which will take place on Saturday Nov 18th 2023. I want to program the event into my Forerunner 745 but the date which has been programmed by Garmin is the 19th, which is incorrect.
Is it possible to correct this mistake?

Actually, this was not programmed by Garmin. This marathon was added by a user and made public.
If you change the filter to "official" and/or "Verified" nothing comes up.
Garmin cannot change User-Created events.
My suggestion is to create your own event for the correct date, change the name slightly, such as "Marathon du Beaujolais," then make it public if you wish.
