start tracking automatically when mobile data and bluetooth are on

I got 2 smartphones (Samsung A70 and Syco RS441) . I've got GC installed on both of them. When my mobile data and my bluetooth are on the livetracking starts automatically (not always immediately) on my Samsung A70 without even having to open the app. When I do the same thing with my Syco RS441 the tracking never starts. I always have to open the app and select the tracking before the livetracking starts. Do I need to change some settings in the app or some phonesettings so the livetracking can start by just putting the mobile data and bluetooth on?

The devices are designed to be used with only one phone so the switching might take some time.

Do you make sure the watch has switched connection before you start the activity?

Is the Connect app running on the Syco? It might have been shut down.

The Samsung is my every day device and I only use the Syco for races or training in rougher terrain. Also I have only one sim-card. The only thing I could think of after your asnwer is that I probably already opened the app on my Samsung before starting a livetrack and on my Syco it's probably putting my sim-cardd in it and starting my activity without having opened the app.
