Problem with adding bank card to my Garmin

Already several years I have the same Vivo Active 4S watch, including Garmin pay working fine. Until yesterday when the app gave a pop up that the bankcard was no longer supported. That could be the case since a while ago I received a new bankcard. So I deleted the bankcard from my Garmin account, and tried to add my latest bankcard (Rabobank / The Netherlands). However, I received an error that that bankcard was already attached... But it was not. So removed the Garmin app from my phone. Restarted my phone. The re-installed the Garmin connect app, checked the Garmin pay menu in the Garmin connect app which was stull empty / no bankcard shown. Then retried adding my bankcard. And again an error message that that bankcard is already in the Garmin wallet.

How can I solve this?
