Not recording elevation on challenges

My garmin connect isn't recording elevation on the challenges, but is recording it on the activities, how do I get it to record on challenges?

Which watch? Do you have a watch that support the activity tracking metric Floors climbed? If not, then you can't get elevation logged in Expeditions or challenges.

It's a vivoactive, it does record floors, just doesn't show them in expeditions. Yet, the distance based expedition challenges do show the miles.

Have you joined a climb expedtion?

Yeah, I've joined 3 in total, when the first one didn't record any elevation I deleted and joined a different one, then same again, just to be sure. Also changed to and from metres and feet and back a couple of times as well.

As long as you see the Floors card in My Day page and you get floors there and you also see them when you click the card and have joined the expedition it should work.

This is the page you get when you click the Floors card. Make sure you see your floors there.
