Why is hiking so low on activité level ?

I did the GR20 and my watch is telling me that I am low on activity. I bought a fenix for hiking and at the end of the day my effort is rewarded by 40-70 points of effort when I get 250 after a short run. Is that normal ?

+ we need to be able to add the small detail of weight carrying. I had 15kg on my back wish should increase the training effect. 

What do you think ?
