Audio prompts have stopped for some unknown reason

Audio prompts have stopped for some reason. I had them set to report heart rate and pace at 3 minute intervals. For some reason it stopped doing so today. The Garmin Connect app version is 4.68. Any ideas anyone?

Try the following:

Go to GC app » tap the device » Phone » Audio Prompts » tap Volume and turn the volume up with the phone's Volume Up button. Also reverify the other settings in Audio prompts. Then start a dummy test activity and see whether it helped.
