Share garmin coach training plan

Is thera any way to share a garmin coach training plan?

Let's assume you want to do the same training plan as a friend and both of you want to have it in your watch, how can you share the a plan that is in progress?

    The coach plans adapt to your performance so each plan will be individual and therefore can't be shared.

    If you use the Self-guided plans they will be static plans: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/training-plan (scroll down until you see them)

    Just select the same plan and use the same start date and you will get the same workouts.

    Well, although as explained, it makes little sense sharing an individually tailored training plan, if you really want to do it, you can share individual workouts - simply copy them from your watch over the USB cable (folder //GARMIN/Workouts, resp. //GARMIN/Workouts/Scheduled) to the same folder on the watch of your friend.
